I purchased a £90 DE safety razor from their website. Two weeks later I got a marketing e-mail from them announcing a 20% site-wide promotion for Black Friday. I e-mailed the team to ask if they could credit or refund the difference. They simply replied saying they cannot do this for 'backdated' orders.
The product remains boxed, is in its original packaging and is still within the return period. A shame that the company refused to offer any goodwill gesture. If I wanted to have been awkward I could have simply returned the item and re-ordered, but this would have been an extra hassle. Anyway, lesson learned and I won't be buying from them again.
