Very disappointed with quality of this watch. Pin came out when I attempted to change time. Sent back at my cost. Received replacement (apparently) Then on removing protective film from face the bezzel came off along with inner spring. Company would not accept it was faulty and said I had misused the watch. I hadn't had opportunity to wear it. Not fit for purpose in my opinion. Beware.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! Parcel lost by Royal Mail and Muff couldn’t care less. Told me that it’s not their problem and to talk to the post office. I had high hopes of enjoying one of your watches but you have let down a potential repeat customer!

Revived a Blonde Muff for my Birthday!
Received a Muff diving watch from my partner for my birthday and loved my blonde Muff that she chose.
Delivery to Australia only took 7 days I was very surprised.
Very well built watch with a very comfortable strap, would highly recommend to anyone.
