Awful service

Awful service - booked them in to clean at 9am, they didn’t turn up until 12.30pm because ‘traffic was bad.’ After repeated requests for a receipt, I was sent one for the wrong address. 3 days later I’m still trying to get a correct one for my landlord. Called the mobile number to try sort it out and was yelled at because ‘it’s not his problem.’

My landlord is now going to charge me to have everything cleaned again. Avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Firstly, they arrived 4 hours later than the allocated time. Then they came in rushing, and almost damaged my door panel. I repeatedly had to tell them to be careful and they chipped the paint, as well as damaged my staircase railing. The equipment they used was terrible and was simply hot water. They also sprayed dirty water onto the carpet, making it even worse. Now I will have to arrange a professional company to remedy the poor service, alongside painting my staircase.

I would advise you not to hire their services, since they are highly unprofessional and do not speak English.

Excellent service

Excellent service, I’m so happy with the job they done on my carpet looks brand new, just to add I have 3 small children so you can only imagine the state of carpet, very professional staff, and very cheap in price.

Doesn’t get worse than this.
Their “steam cleaning” service doesn’t use a steam cleaner at all. They come in, spray the carpet with hot water and then hoover it out.
They left my carpet dirtier than it was before the cleaning. I then asked them to come back and do it again and not only did they not fix anything, they also splashed dirty water on the freshly painted wall.

No refunds, no compensation, no receipts. Shady business. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid Using At All Costs

I've literally experienced all of these issues mentioned in the reviews here!!! Failed to turn up on first occasion and then un-thorough cleaning right from the start. There was no hoovering, they dragged the pipes around the flat which chipped a wall.
Frankly a disaster. Avoid like the plague.

Stay well clear of them

Stay well clear of them. Paid £300 for end of tenancy and carpet cleaning. They left the carpet dirty and bathrooms were untouched. Oh, but they did urinate in the toilet and not even bother to flush it.

The owner Boris is rude and arrogant. Nothing short of a crook.

Do not use.

Cowboy cleaners

Cowboy cleaners, please DO NOT USE THEM.

I called these guys to clean the carpet. A guy came and with the machine, and used the hot water form tap and ran his machine once.

1. No pre vacum
2. No brush or stain removal process
3. The carpet was not cleaned at all.

When I complained to the cleaner as well as the main guy, they were saying the carpet is not new.

These are not nice people to deal with.

I ended up hiring a rug doctor and cleaning it spotless at a fraction of the cost.

These company is useless, please DO NOT USE them.

Not good at cleaning

We used Multi-clean for an end of tenancy clean, including using their carpet cleaning service. They did a decent job on the carpets but the actual clean was terrible. They did such a bad job that our landlord had to get another cleaner in, which we had to pay for. For example, they didn't clean the oven at all, nor did they clean the windows.

It was also very difficult to contact them after the clean. It look multiple emails and calls over a couple of weeks to get a receipt, and my requests for a partial refund (considering they hadn't done what their website said they would) was completely ignored.

They provide many services, so I can't judge the whole company, but I recommend not using them for cleaning.

They just don't turn up!!!

Booked a Man & Van on Saturday for early Monday morning and they didn't turn up on time. I started to phone them 30 mins after the booked time, finally after an hour someone answered the phone who I believe just had woken up and mumbled to sort it out and call me back. That was the only and last contact I had as they never answered or replied to my phone calls.
Result was that I had to spend a lot more money to arrange last minute transport.

Unacceptable experience, would never recommend it

Had a nightmare experience! Booked on saturday afternoon for an emergency cleaning service for the following day and was promptly offered a deal of £135, for a 10:30-11am service.

Today (Sunday) , around 30 mins before they were due at the property, an individual who i believe is the manager/owner rang me to say they were going to be late, between 2-2:30pm! (Due to a previous booking they never mentioned the day before).As i was counting on them to clean a flat left in a bit of a state by the recent tenants, and i wanted to move back in on the same day (which i did make clear to the manager when i placed the booking), i was slightly annoyed, but thought "hey, what can you do!?!?).

At 2:35 (now 5 mins later than their "new time"), i rang and rang and no one picked up the phone (a mobile, by the way). I then sent a text and asked for an update, to which i was told, sorry mate, we'll be with you around 4! To which i politely declined the booking, and now i probably will need to cancel my holiday because of how unreliable they have been!

ONE WORD OF ADVICE, stay well clear of the, if you want someone reliable!
