It would be great if we could better let customers know when items are available. The order was delayed by two weeks because one of the items was out of stock. Otherwise, everything went smoothly!

We see that you ordered goods that were in the supplier's warehouse, it takes us 4-6 working days to get the goods to our local warehouse. It is then sent from us to you, this normally takes 1-3 working days.
From the date you ordered 25.04 to the date the package appears as delivered on the tracking 07.05, this appears to be within the amount of time that must be calculated when ordering goods from the supplier's warehouse.

Poor customer service and satisfaction
First of all they are not direct sellers and you can never get your order from them. I bought two laptops on 20th March eventhough I selected shipment as pick the package from the nearest post office they sent it to home. I was not at home and I have told that I will get a message where to get my package. However the carrier sent it back to seller (not multicom since they are not actual seller). I immediately contacted with multicom, they spent 2 weeks to get an answer from real seller and instead of fixing their fault they refunded the money due to price change. I spent 3 weeks for this and they did not take any responsibility for their poor service. I suggest people to use other portals, if they do not want surprices like this.

Stated 20+ in stock on website.
Took the money from my bank after 2 days.
Delivered after 14.
Only got any confirmation after I phoned them.
This is the second time they take the money and never inform about status.
