MunchFit 

I personally think the food is delicious given how healthy it is. Customer service is extremely responsive - 5/5 there! The food is well packaged and always very cold.

The only reason I'm giving a 4/5 is because the delivery options were far too limited. I could only receive deliveries on Tuesday and Saturday. When I asked for a delivery window e.g. between 8-11 am, I was told they don't have that available yet.

If they could get that down i would resubscribe and give a 5/5!

Far too often these kind of things are really bland but MunchFit have managed to pack loads of flavour into each meal. Yes I know the main thing is good balanced macros, etc but it's a darn sight easier to stick with when it tastes good. Well done to the chefs.

Munchfit is a great company, really good service, delivery was great and food was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The portion sizes are good too.
The reason for only 3 stars from me is partly due to the price, I found the meals quite expensive and unfortunately didn't love the taste. They weren't horrible at all, just not to my personal taste. If they were a bit cheaper I may have tried some different meal options.

Mostly importantly - the food is amazing. Such high quality, tasty and healthy. Also great that the meals are varied and I can be eating a highly nutritious meal only a few minutes after walking into my kitchen. Brilliant customer service, too.

MuchFit is great. Good sized portions and variety that’s really tasty and healthy. You’re also able to choose meals which is a good feature. Julia is also fantastic - always really responsive and helpful - great service. We’ve been ordering for several months now and with busy lives, whilst it’s an expense, it means convenience and healthy food. Recommend!

Having used a delivery company that did not keep the food cold - ie it was delivered warm- you then switched to your own delivery company - with no notice about when the food was going to be delivered and no notification about refunding the food that was previously delivered and that was inedible.
It is not appropriate to arrive with food that must be kept refrigerated with no warning and no notice. Also, I should not have to keep contacting you to try and sort it out.

In short - simply the best. MunchFit is so tasty.

Excellent food with a wide variety of meals at fantastic value for money

Food is tasty but just discovered that they use Olive oil pomace which is the lowest grade of oil (residue after making olive oil that is extracted with special solvents) which is suspects to be carcinogenic. They also use Konica noodles in all noodle dishes that shouldn’t be eaten regularly and can cause all sorts of issues if not chewed properly, they’ve been banned in Australia due to chocking hazard and blocking digestive track. These meals are quite expensive so this is shocking to me, won’t order again, they are saving money in a wrong places.

As a competent cook I was sceptical about ordering prepared meals. I did the trial week and I have been so impressed with Munch Fit. Quality of food is excellent. The meals are tasty and so obviously nutritious. Good variety of meal options. Will definitely continue to use.

Im training for the royal marines and this is a Brilliant service always happy to help and the meals taste great I feel energised and they fill me up recommended to anyone wanting to have a hassle free way of optimising there nutrition for hard workouts.

Exceptional food, very happy with the service

Great varied menu, with dishes you wouldn’t always expect (in a good way)! Very flavourful food and you can tell it’s good quality. Overall very pleased, just wished they offered more flexibility and updates regarding deliveries. No tracking is available and early morning deliveries aren’t available—for me this means I can only use munchfit for as long as I’m working from home. I’d love to continue using them and would happily pay extra for specific morning or late evening slots.

Tasty food - excellent sustainable packaging - can be enjoyed hot or cold

I bought my first ever MunchFit dish - teriyaki salmon back in 2018 and have been totally hooked ever since then! I now have a regular weekly delivery which suits perfectly my working from home and exercise routine. They have such a great variety of dishes, it never gets dull! Each dish tastes absolutely delicious with a very generous portion size. I have never finished a meal not full nor unsatisfied! I used to have their lean dishes and now have a mix of more balanced and some lean meals during pregnancy. Whatever your goal maybe, if you think you are what you eat, MunchFit is definitely for you!! Highly recommended!!
