Not pleased
Not happy atal as i ordered chocolate flavour shake and i had an email off muscleforce telling me id have to wait a bit longer if i wanted chocolate flavour whicj i emailed back telling them that was fine then after waiting they sent me out strawberry which i hate the flavour of so i passed it onto a friend and ended up having to go buy some from a shop because i had ran out!!

Why would you go anywhere else?
After lots of searching on the web for the cheapest place to buy maximuscle I found Muscleforce Supplements which are by far the cheapest place to buy from and offer a very quick delivery service!

Fantastic service and fantastic product.
I can't fault muscleforce at all. The customer service is fantastic, Simon is obviously very commited to the company and passionate about it's products. He asked what my aims were and offered me advice on diets and showed me appropriate products. I bought the grow force anabolic and I think it is an amazing product, which is a lot cheaper than other equivalents. ...and the raspberry flavour is really nice! I have recommended to everyone I know!

Good old fashioned customer service!
Its nice to see that there are still companies out there who care about their customers, rather than taking your money and filling their own pockets without a second thought for the service which they provide.
Considering how small my complaint was (item delivered to billing address rather than shipping address - simple error) I was pleasently surprised when I had a call from the director to personally appologies for the hiccup!
I have now got the product which I am also very happy with and I have already recommended the company to anyone who will listen ;)

I've never taken supplements before so I called into the shop in birstall the guys were really helpful and put me in the right direction also allowing me to taste test so I didn't waste my money on something I couldn't drink I'll be going back again .

cheap and quick delivery
The cheapest I could find online and with a quick cheap delivery. I don't like to pay too much for supplements and I'll be returning to muscleforce. My only problem is the delivery company. I was supposed to receive my goods the next day but since they don't offer a time slot for delivery and I can't wait all day because of work I'm now gonna have to pick things up at the depot now, after a week of waiting. Change the delivery company and I'll give you guys 6 stars.

Top staff, quality products, unbeatable prices
Muscle Force are great, their "m-force" range is unbeatable on price taking into account servings per tub and the nutritional breakdown. They have great staff and are always very friendly and helpful if you need advice, It’s by far the best place to go for your supplements and unbiased advice.

Dodgy courier, missing parcel, lost emails, but very helpful MD sorted it out in the end...
UPDATED REVIEW 11th June:
When the MD Simon read my review (below) he got straight in touch and was very apologetic, it looks like my emails to them had gone awol so hopefully they've sorted that out. He had the missing parcel resent and contacted the courier to make sure a calling card was left this time, which it was today, so off I'm to collect my parcel tomorrow...
ORIGINAL REVIEW 5th June:
Item not delivered, seller ignored request to help trace parcel and request for refund.
Their courier apparently tried to deliver when I was out but did not leave calling card and will not answer phone or emails so I can not trace parcel. I emailed seller asking for help but still no response 1 week later. Request for refund ignored for 2 days so far, still not a single response from either seller or courier which is hopeless. Will I get my money back...?
