Introducing the Phase 3 Cable Squat Rack with Smith Machine. The latest addition to our 2026 range and a breakthrough in design, value, and versatility. Engineered as a Phase 4-inspired system with Phase 3 hole sizing (1-inch) throughout, this model ensures full compatibility with a wide range of attachments both within the MuscleSquad Phase 3 family and across other popular rack systems on the market.
Designed to offer the same outstanding functionality as our commercial-grade Phase 4 rack, this model has a commercial look and functionality without compromising on performance and price.
The rack is built from 75x75mm, 3mm thick powder-coated steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and stability under heavy use. It features four cable pulley positions – two operating on a 1:1 ratio and two on a 2:1 ratio, offering both heavy load capacity and extended range of motion for a wide variety of functional exercises. Each side comes equipped with a 100kg weight stack, giving you 50kg of effective resistance on the 2:1 pulleys and a full 100kg load on the 1:1 cables — perfect for movements like lat pulldowns.
This rack also includes a newly designed smith machine system, upgraded with a pin-lock mechanism instead of the traditional dog-tooth setup. This innovation provides smoother performance and improved functionality. The smith bar is unweighted and has a base resistance of 20kg.
Every element of this rack has been carefully engineered to bring the performance of our commercial-grade Phase 4 system into a more accessible, compact format. They will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery day to kerbside. The rack will be on a pallet, please arrange for disposal of the pallet, Pallex will not take it away with them. Delivery is usually within 5-10 days.

This includes:
10 years frame cover and 2 years accessories, pulleys and cables.
During this time please contact us directly so we can arrange a replacement.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage of the product resulting from negligence e.g. dropping the product
Damage of the product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
Damage caused by weather or natural disaster e.g. rust if product is kept outside
The product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry.
Theft or loss of the product
Improper cleaning
No chemical solution should be sprayed directly onto the product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. Any damage to the product from chemical products will void the warranty.
To obtain warranty service please email info@musclesquad.com including full details of the problem including photos where possible. We will respond with a resolution within 48 hours.
