An extremely disappointing experience. I ordered this product together with other items, and the delivery was delayed by approximately three weeks because of the overall order. However, when the delivery finally arrived, this particular product was missing. After contacting the company, I was told that the item was no longer in stock and that they were waiting to complete the order. This was followed by a further week of waiting, along with several emails and phone calls, during which the company fully accepted responsibility for what had happened. When the product was delivered, I discovered that it was not the item I had originally ordered, but a completely different product from another brand and in a lower price range. What is even more serious is that I was never informed of any of this. Management had more than one opportunity to keep me properly updated about what was happening, yet chose not to do so. This demonstrates a complete lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism. After yet another phone call with the manager, and after the usual pointless apologies, they offered to send me the original product I had initially ordered. Only then, after everything had already been done, did they inform me that they had decided to substitute the missing item with an alternative product. From my point of view, this looked like nothing more than an attempt to mislead a customer by replacing the original item with one of lower quality and lower value, without any prior notice or consent. Absolutely to be avoided. Entirely unprofessional
