I still haven't received . Been 3 weeks now . Will order from someone else in future .

Not actually showing the exact item.
The sizes are totally different of these items.
The same US number of other brands fits to me and for theirs one its 2 number short.
I asked them and they said their sizes are different, are you guys for real? tomorrow if i will buy another number what if you send me the size of an elephant and say that your numbers are different.
There were no exchange on my order and today i checked it and they reduced the price to 9$.
Very poor communication and customer service. Will never ever gonna visit your website and never refer you to others mate.
This is the only reason you are not famous enough and no word of mouth things about your brand due to extremely poor service.

I was sold a product which was 6 months out of date. This information was not displayed on the product page (I have screenshots to prove this).

I have sent two emails to support over the past 2 weeks with no response.

Biofurnance protein powder are good but really hope the customer service can be improved. I emailed for products expired dates and have never got a response. No phone number to call nor live chat

I received my order of 2 bags of protein quickly but I have ordered the wrong flavour. I sent a message via your website to ask for a return and 10 days later nothing. I have also sent an email and as yet no reply. There is no phone number, no invoice in the box with return details. I am disappointed

Well known brand, arrived ahead of time and delicious flavours.
I do recommend you to have purchases with this seller and will have soon more purchases.

Always have what I need, in the past are very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone with their products. Never had any issues with delivery. Super efficient.

The absolute finest protein bars  I've tasted every plant-based protein bar out there, and these are by far the greatest. I ordered a couple items and they arrived swiftly and in excellent condition.

Hands down THE best protein bars!! I’ve literally tried all the plant-based protein bars & these are the nicest ones out there!! And the only bars I’ve seen that has 20g protein per bar!!

Ordered few items and everything came quickly and in great quality .

Price and delivery times are reasonable.

I've had this product before through someone else but MuscleU was alot faster and cheaper! 😁

I bought the oxyshred in guava and when I opened the container it was definitely resealed!!!! You could definitely tell because there was another seal directly right under the original seal from the manufacturer that was cardboardish and hard to open. Furthermore when I opened the container up the powder was all clumped together and clumpy not powdery like it should be and it smelled extremely off. This is furthered by powdering on the side edges of the container that turned orange plus the flavour definitely does not taste right and is extremely off. I tried a bit and it definitely has not done anything and does not have any effect. Overall disappointing and I will never purchase from here again. When I tried to put in a complaint I was blocked by the fact the website had a countdown for a reopening and any links or ways to contact the company was completely blocked because it apparently “does not exist” I just had a poor overall experience and wasted too much money, extremely disappointing

Well, It’s been more than a week since I made my order, I’ve already emailed them as well and until now I haven’t got confirmation email or anything, no information at all about my order.

Update: I spoke on the phone to the same guy that wrote this reply to me here after I wrote the review. I told him I didn’t receive any emails from them and he told me they sent it and to check my junk even though I already double checked everything and there’s nothing there. Although I understand there could have been some sort of error. He then gave me my tracking number and at the end of the call I said I’m happy to remove the bad review as my problem was sorted and he wasn’t fazed with the review, told me it doesn’t matter and then he hung up without saying bye, have a good day or anything lol. I wasn’t rude on the phone or anything, I was nice and polite. So it’s really disappointing this sort of customer service. I’ve ordered from Muscle U before and I’ve never had a problem, this was the first time. I hope it doesn’t happen again

Simple and straightforward. Protein powder has not arrived so cannot give a rating on that.
