Pessimo, disonesti - Very bad, dishonest

English translation further down.
Il 21 giugno ho fatto un ordine per una maglietta Lacoste. Loro dichiarano sul loro sito "Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days", cioè che la maggior parte degli ordini è spedita dopo 1-2 giorni. Falso. Il mio ordine è stato spedito ben dopo e quasto proposito hanno dichiarato che ora i tempi sono più lunghi a causa del COVID. Ma questo problema esiste da tanto tempo e ci vuole ben poco a modificare delle cifre di un sito, ma loro non lo fanno, se ne fregano e danno informazioni fuorvianti. Da notare che mentre il sito è in italiano, le pagine di Consegna e spedizione e Informativa Privacy sono in inglese. Ma in Italia la lingua ufficiale è l'italiano, non l'inglese, questo già la dice lunga sulla loro correttezza. Finalmente il 7 luglio arriva il pacchetto e... ci sono degli occhiali Ray-Ban e non la maglietta che ho comprato. Allora scrivo di nuovo e loro dichiarano che "Because it is troublesome to return a package, we recommend that you keep the received package and refund 35.4% of the original order value for you." Cioè che dato che è problematico rimandare un articolo mi propongono di tenere gli occhiali e che mi fanno un rimborso del 35.4%. Ma sul sito invece dichiarano "We offer the return and exchange service in the following three cases:
1.We made some mistakes of sending the goods or the goods have some quality problems(not being damaged by any man-made factors),you can send them back to us for no charge". Il che appunto significa che non ci sono problemi a restituire un articolo se loro fanno un errore e che la spedizione è a loro carino. Quindi prima dicono che non c'è problema a restituire un articolo, poi quando invece c'è da farlo scrivono che è problematico. Wow!
Alla fine accetto la loro offerta di tenermi gli occhiali e di ricevere il 35.4%. Loro dicono che hanno inviato il denaro il 9 luglio, oggi è il 2 settembre e del denaro neanche l'ombra. Li ho contattati ripetutamente e dicono sempre di avere pazienza. Ma di pazienza ne ho avuta fin troppa e tra l'altro ho esperienza di transazioni internazionali e non ci vuole assolutamente tutto questo tempo, da nessun paese, per quanto fuori sia dai normali circuiti. L'unica cosa positiva è che il servizio clienti risponde, almeno questo. Ma tutto il resto è stato disastroso.
Aggiornamento: a oggi, 10 gennaio 2022, il denaro non è arrivato e mai arriverà. Un'azienda disonesta!

On June 21, I placed an order for a Lacoste shirt. They state on their website "Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days", meaning that most orders are dispatched after 1-2 days. False. My order was shipped well after that and they stated that the lead time is now longer due to COVID. But this problem has existed for a long time and it takes very little to change the figures of a site, but they don't, they don't care and give misleading information. Note that while the site is in Italian, the Delivery and Shipping and Privacy Policy pages are in English. But in Italy the official language is Italian, not English, this already says a lot about their correctness.
Finally, on July 7th, the package arrives and ... there are some Ray-Ban glasses and not the t-shirt that I bought. So I write again and they declare that "Because it is troublesome to return a package, we recommend that you keep the received package and refund 35.4% of the original order value for you." But on the site instead they declare "We offer the return and exchange service in the following three cases:
1.We made some mistakes of sending the goods or the goods have some quality problems (not being damaged by any man-made factors), you can send them back to us for no charge ". So first they say that there is no problem in returning an item, then when they have to do it they write that it is problematic. Wow!
Eventually, I accept their offer to keep my glasses and 35.4% refund. They say they sent the money on July 9th, today is September 2nd and no money has arrived. I contacted them repeatedly and they always say to have patience. But I have had too much patience and among other things I have experience of international transactions and it does not take absolutely all this time, from any country, even if it is outside the normal circuits. The only positive thing is that the customer service responds, at least that, but all the rest of it was a completer disaster.
Update: on January 10, 2022, the money has still not arrived and it never will. A dishonest company!
