I love that you can choose your own personal music and the choice of music boxes is awesome. My granddaughter loved the carousel music box playing Edelweiss for her 5th birthday as I always sing that at bedtime❤️

I must say at first I was disappointed. The box was beautiful, but the music was "off key". I contacted via email and the issue was addressed promptly and professionally. After sending back the item, it was returned, as beautiful as before, but with an on tune melody. They are a good company.

The music box itself was beautiful and well done. I had an engraved plate added which was also well-done. I loved that there were so many song choices to select from. It also shipped to me pretty quickly. The part I was disappointed in was the box that it came in. I was hoping to gift it in that box but it was a used box because part of the box was lifted off like if you remove a piece of tape. The special foam on the inside to protect the music box was falling off and not new in a couple of spots. So, there was no way I could present it in that box because it was a present for someone who had accompanied our choir for almost 30 years. It had to be special and that wouldn't have looked special. By taking it out of the box, I was able to add the legs and "put it together" so that when the pianist unwrapped it, it was a "full piano". I happened to have a lovely box that it fit it nicely that I could use. I was just surprised at that piece of the presentation when I received it. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this product. Just be prepared that you may need to have another box to gift in.

Absolutely beautiful construction! It has weight and substance to it. The pictures engraved on metal on the inside of the lid was a really nice touch too.
