Great service. Wish offer prices for goods was higher
Free postage, excellent tracking and quick decision on condition and payment. Only thing I would like to see improve would be the price offered for the goods. Seem quite low when you check the sale prices of similar items. Guess they’ve got to make money!

Selling damaged goods and refusing to offer a solution
Appalling customer service.
I was sent a dirty and damaged dvd boxset. I contacted them via email several times to ask them what they would do about it and they have completely ignored me offering no solution only asking me to repeat the same information which was the order number. I will be seeking to get my money back from my bank and be reporting to the appropriate authority for selling defective items.
