They are scammers. When you order and pay for your stuff but never come. When you send them an email they will say it’s on the way. Don’t waste your money. I don’t know why google let them post with out scan them are real or scammers

Do not purchase anything from Must Have Gadgets also known as Home Essentials. Purchased from them over a month ago never sent the item and never respond to my emails. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have yet to respond to them. Buyers beware.

I ordered this light reader the first week of May. It finally arrived today on June 1.
When I opened the package and removed the reader it is scratched in at least 7 places. I’m not talking nicked, I am talking inch long scratches. It is too small for my Bible that I got it for. This is literally a worthless piece of cheap made in China junk.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a gift for my mom for mothers day and I still haven't received it. I was super excited about this gift and I am extremely disappointed that I never got it. I emailed them after about 2 weeks and I got a reply saying the item would be delivered within 2 weeks. Well its been two weeks. 😒 Never using this site again and would never recommend.

We received our bouncy ball for our dog. It is the worse toy ever. It doesn't work and pieces fall off. Return policy sucks. How can you know it works if you don't try it. I would not recommend this company for any purchases

I bought a fetal heartbeat doppler from this website, and I have not received any updates nor have I received my product, bad website would never buy from here again, save yourself the trouble.

Any time I added something to my cart, it would add 10-36 more things I didn't even look at!! It was very annoying and every time I tried to take them out, new items would be given. My brother bought something off of here and his order NEVER came. I am never ever buying here.

I got my product in 5 days it was in great condition and very cheap compared to others selling the same product. Will definitely order from them again great service!!!!!

If you want your item before you've turned gray and old... go through another company. The transaction process here is painful and I will never order from them again. I'll just go through Amazon directly from now on so I can actually receive and use the items I order. Website says 2-3 days for the transaction to process and when I emailed them, they said 5-7. I placed my order 10 days ago. Looks like they're cutting their arbitrary 5-7 days a bit close... If they can process my payment within 24 hours, I feel like they should have the capacity to process my order in a timely manner as well. At the very least, they could provide some sort of update as to why I'm sitting here waiting and hearing nothing as if I just wasted money on a scam. Lesson learned on my part. I HIGHILY recommend buying whatever product you are looking at through a different company.
