Ordered a few items from them, had a slight issue with one and they could not be more helpful in rectifying and compensating. Really quick replies and lovely products and website. Will definitely use again and thank you to Fraser for your help.

I've been buying cat food from M&M for almost a year and fully expect to be a devoted customer for as long as they continue in business.

I found them when I was looking for a well know brand of Swedish cat food, and chanced on an online comment suggesting M&M as an excellent alternative to Zooplus. We gave them our first order, and by time it arrived felt we had made a new friend in the owner, Fraser.

I have rarely known a company put so much energy and genuine care into looking after its customers and their pets. Friendly emails, special delivery when our food supplies ran out unexpectedly, speedy dispatch, treats and toys tucked into orders ... Fraser really does go to extraordinary lengths to look after his customers.

I always look forward to my next order as I know it will involve a jolly exchange of emails that will put a smile on my face.

I've been using Mutley and Mog since they opened and have recommended them to all of my friends because of the high level of service I've received.

A few times I’ve been changing my dog’s food and spoken with the team about it and each time have been very impressed with the team’s level of knowledge. At Mutley and Mog you are not pushed towards a particular brand, they will recommend a food which suits your pet’s needs based upon their own research and also from discussions with customers about the products they are using.

Whether you are popping in to the warehouse or ordering online you are in great hands. What most impresses me about Mutley and Mog is their helpful and caring attitude towards their customers and their pets. They ordered Acana Giant Puppy food for my girl even though this was one of the few items from the Acana range they didn’t stock. I also remember ordering crocodiles for a very fussy Greyhound who would only eat the green ones and where most places would probably have told me they would only provide an assortment the team at Mutley and Mog were kind enough to indulge my overindulged monster.

With Mutley and Mog you can expect to be delighted with your shopping experience, I always have been and I’m as fussy as my Greyhound was :o)
