No response from company as collar wrong size
Ordered a collar & lead but even though I specified the head size it arrived much larger and so I am not able to use it. After emailing three times to ask advice with no reply I have given up. Such beautiful quality but disappointing customer service. At a loss to know what to do!

Order the forest green lead from you. Love the colour and the craftsmanship that has gone into marking this lead. Nice length and very practical. Have been asked by a few people where I got it from.
