There was nothing wrong as far as the product itself was concerned. And in terms of price it was a very good deal. However the packaging was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. A flimsy cartoon whose place should be a dumpster. It was a miracle that the product (chalk pastels) weren’t smashed. I don’t understand such businesses and why they treat there products this way.

Badly packaged, item missing, no reply from support
Only received one of two items. Big gaps in the packaging, so the smaller item could easily have fallen out during delivery, if it was in there originally. Contacted support but no reply after 8 days now.
Good assortment of items and fair prices, but since I'm still missing an item and an answer, I can't give more than one star currently.
