Quality meat marred by unprofessional service. I have been a customer of Mwanaka, for the past two years because the meat quality is consistently excellent. However, the service I received today was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I dealt with a white female staff member / proprietor, who was incredibly grumpy and impatient throughout the transaction. When I ordered 1kg of beef, she attempted to pack it immediately without offering to slice it. Despite the shop being completely empty with no other customers waiting, she showed visible arrogance and impatience as I tried to complete the rest of my order. Her facial expressions and overall attitude made it clear she did not want to be there.
It is a shame that such a great product is being represented by such substandard service. While the other staff members are usually perfectly fine, this particular individual clearly needs urgent training on customer service and workplace etiquette. Customers should not have to deal with arrogance when supporting a local business.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as poor service like this will eventually drive away even the most loyal long-term customers.
