Very poor experience with MWQ Estate…
Very poor experience with MWQ Estate Planning. Despite paying upfront, there was little to no progress made. Communication was inconsistent and I had to chase repeatedly. Eventually had to terminate due to lack of service. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Dear Edwin
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your experience.
However, we must clarify that your comments do not accurately reflect our records of emails and call recordings with yourself. We made reasonable efforts to communicate throughout, including chasing responses and requesting key information required to progress, which was not provided. We have proof of this and will rigorously dispute your statement.
While we regret that you chose to cancel, we respectfully dispute the claim of poor communication.
We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to delivering a high standard of service.
Best wishes,
