After looking into your order in detail I can see there was a set of rare and unfortunate circumstances that led to the delay of your vehicle. Namely IT related complications linked to a new system being launched by our supplier and then the AFRL system being down when the vehicle needed to be taxed. I believe you were in contact with our team who made every effort to resolve the situation and find an alternative which suited. We would like to thank you again for your business and the feedback provided, we will use this to assess how we can make improvements and reduce the chances of this happening again in the future.

Fantastic friendly service.
I recently took delivery of my second vehicle from MWVC & am absolutely delighted with it.
I needed a specific vehicle at short notice & Joe came to the rescue.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, everything happened when they said it would and was informed of every step till I took delivery of my new van.
I tried various leasing companies but MW vehicle contracts was by far the easiest and best company I have used thus far for vehicles bar none and I have used a lot companies.
I would highly recommend them to be 1st call for leasing your vehicles.

Second lease vehicle, very impressed.
This is the second vehicle I have leased, and both times the whole process was easy and stress free, their customer service is excellent, the staff are very helpful.
