My nan recently took out a later life equity release mortgage, and I honestly can’t thank My Later Life enough for how smooth they made the whole process.

It started with Simon, who was the first person we spoke to as my nan wanted my help. He was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. We had a lot of questions, and he took the time to make sure we understood exactly how it all worked.

Then Chris stepped in and helped find my nan a great offer—actually better than anything we’d found ourselves online. He was super efficient and kept us updated every step of the way.

From the very first call to the money landing in my nan’s account, the whole thing took just 5 weeks, which was quicker than we expected. It’s made such a difference to her, and the peace of mind it’s brought is priceless.
