I bought a stool from Myakka and thought the service was really good. Even though it was a relatively small item they contacted me about a good time for delivery, it was delivered in a few days, very well packaged and we're really pleased with it. I don't usually contact companies to say thank you but I did in this instance. I'd definitely shop with them again.

Well-made and reasonably-priced rugs were ordered and delivered promptly, very good customer service keeping us in touch with status of order.

Really pleased with our bookcase, so much so, we've ordered another one!

Both items were of excellent quality. The colours were exactly as in the catalogue. Thank you for the email advising me when my order had been despatched and the items arrived promptly the next day. Wonderful. I am so delighted with my purchases, well done.

Ordered 2 items of occasional furniture and they were delivered as arranged. Well packed and absolutely delighted with the 2 items. Lovely wood, great quality and a little bit different from high street stores. Great service.

Stunning furniture with 100% craftsmanship and excellent service from placing your order right through to delivery. Myakka even email you times and dates and tell you the name of your delivery driver who is also pleasant and helpful. If you have not used MYAKKA then I certainly recommend that you buy from MYAKKA first. You might think expensive but you get high quality furniture.

First seen a few years ago at an exhibition and fell in love with their products. Over the years brought three of the most beautiful quilts ever and pillowcases most recently the velvet teal and brocade. All items look like and feel like pieces of artwork. Original items brought a few years ago are still in good condition. Being given a date for delivery is also very good but also difficult for me as they are unable to offer am or pm timed slots so end up having to take a day off work . But very happy to use this company.

I purchased my occasional table after looking on lots of sites and shops and I read lots of reviews before ordering. I was not disappointed and am really pleased with the table, the packaging, the care instructions and the telephone staff. Even the delivery which had a slight hitch as parcel force driver couldn't find the house was handled really well with one of their staff delivering it on their way home and apologising! I will shop Myakka again and hope my purchase will help the people who made it have a better life.

Loved the first rug, ordered another to match for the porch...Nearly got it wrong, but excellent customer service saved the day. They checked my previous order, and phoned me to see if I had got it wrong....I had, they saved the day. Arrived at speed, correct rug now in place. One happy customer...again!

This was my first time using Myakka and I am delighted at the service I have received. When I placed my order, I was given a delivery date and then received a phone call to confirm this date.

Our parcel arrived exactly as promised,but unfortunately there was a problem with it. I phoned and was extremely impressed by the speed with which the problem was dealt with. I was treated with courtesy by a very friendly lady who promised a replacement and again I was given a delivery date and this time the goods arrived in perfect condition on the date agreed.

I am very impressed by this company and would not hesitate to recommend it .

I found this company by chance and fell in love with their products. Their customer service has been outstanding - very prompt responses and excellent at keeping you informed. I think it's a fantastic idea to offer a free wood sample for you to check the colours against other items in your home. The products I bought are solid and the grain of the wood is beautiful.
All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to buy further products from them again and would highly recommend this company. I just wish I had a bigger house!

The throw was ordered via Web site do only saw a very small
picture. The goods was informed would arrive on Thursday
The details arrived for checking order delivery and as they said it
arrived on time. The throw was exactly as we pictured it on
the Web. Fantastic quality and very good value.
I would recommend to any one the validity of the company

I have now bought five items of furniture from Myakka. They are all of a very high standard of manufacture and finish and are perfect for my requirements in terms of style and size for my house. I love the fact that the furniture is fair trade and from renewable sources.
I have had some difficulties with their couriers in relation to deliveries but Myakka addressed this to my satisfaction when they became aware of the problems.

Great products and great customer service love the furniture and some of the quirkier items make great gifts

My most recent purchase / A lot of cushions to remind me of Morocco. They are beautiful. I am still pouring through catalogue and footstool looks favourite, why because they are beautiful. wonderful catalogue full of neautiful things, just the thing to add the finishing touches to my new home. All friends who have seen the cushions love them.

I have had 2 orders so far - furniture and accessories . I would recommend the company highly. The quality is excellent and the service is exceptional .

The Owl Table is not just furniture but a wonderful piece of stand-alone art. I really love everything about this piece of furniture, the general look, the finish and the great workmanship. What I like most is that all the pieces are unique: I have named my owl Isaiah, as one eye is slightly higher than the other.

The item arrived 1 day late, although I believe this was down to Parcelforce.

This product is better than the catalogue pictures can convey ..
Wowed by the catalogue and then double wowed by the product!
Excellent value .. impeccable service (pre delivery phone call was an unexpected yet human touch).

Trouble is now I do not want to use it .. I want to keep it for display only!

We have had several deliveries from Myakka - my daughter's new house is virtually entirely furnished by their products.
The furniture is very good quality & looks beautiful.
Myakka's customer service & delivery system is second to none, many big companies could learn a lot from them. Everybody has been very helpful & would highly recommend.
