I purchased a lipstick last month and haven't received anything yet.

I ordered 2 mascaras 2 months ago and have not received them as of 9/6/22. Two emails sent without a response.
Not good business practice.

Never received the goods I ordered. Refund to me via PayPal failed so am still owed £19.99. PayPal have contacted them and so have I and still not received a response. Please do not buy from this company

Great service and great products. Anything I have ordered so far has been of excellent quality and I will definitely be ordering again. Mascara and lip oils are both excellent products and highly recommend.

I do not like to write negative reviews, but I am very disappointed with my experience with MBB. I LOVE following Hannah Martin on Instagram--she has taught me a lot about makeup application and products to use. I placed an order for her mascara (and some lip color), but then the next day got an email from PayPal regarding a full refund on my order but with no explanation. I emailed MBB to see if this meant my order was cancelled, but I have received no reply. Yet, I did receive an email from them asking me to review my experience, so here we are. I guess my order isn't coming. 😞

I love the product and will be buying more. I also love all your tutitorials.

Lovely mascara, not heavy and does not clump and best of all easy to remove.

Haven't even received it yet... a month after ordering it ...

Great product. I would definitely want to buy this product again but I was put off by the excessive 'shipping and handling' charge of £3.95 for a mascara.This review was left by my wife as I don't use mascara!?

I purchased the Hannah Martin
Perfect pink lip oil … and it really is the perfect pink lip oil. It’s beautiful on its own for a quick flick of something or over a Matt lip stick for something more fierce!!

I also bought the Hannah Martin Whole lotta lashes and my goodness - it’s a great mascara. My lashes have thinned out due to chemo and this mascara really helps make them appear fuller, it’s also not too difficult to remove (I use Clinique cleansing balm)
All in all two great products and great buying experience from this website.

I love a whole lot of lashes. Best mascara I’ve used. This was my second purchase and the speed of delivery is excellent

Product quality is extremely variable. Hannah Martin Mascara is fab! By Me Black Liquid Eyeliner is terrible! Did not do what it said and is unwearable as it bleeds within minutes. I posted a review for this product and it was never posted. Would not recommend this site as they don't seem to vet the quality of the products or allow buyers to post negative reviews.

It doesn't lengthen the way I was hoping and it's difficult to wash off at night.
