NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Received my order for this company however as it's packaged so poorly one of the samples had spilt all inside the package.

I emailed them to ask for a refund or send a new sample out and got completely ghosted.

Do not waste your money with this company and instead go into a Boots or make up shop to test a product!

I was sceptical of this website due to some of the reviews, but I received my order fairly soon after purchase. The samples definitely could be packaged better – the packaging was a little messy and mismatched, with some leaks on the sides. It's also a little overpriced. Other than that, this is a decent online shop that lets you test a range of shades before committing to one.

If you're looking for a hidden gem in the world of small businesses, this place is an absolute must-visit! From the moment I discovered it, I was impressed by the variety of products they offer at incredibly reasonable prices. As someone who loves trying out new items without breaking the bank, this shop has been a lifesaver.

I've placed my tenth order, and I can confidently say that I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else. I was initially sent a 5ml sample rather than the 10ml I'd ordered. On querying this I quickly received an apology and the other 5ml. The fragrance itself was excellent and absolutely the real stuff and the glass vial used better than the plastic some sellers use. I'd be happy to use again

No problem with website or delivery but really disappointed with size of sample, the picture was of a small bottle and said travel size which I thought I’d ordered but just a tiny pot that may just cover my face at a push. It did state 3ml which in hindsight I should have tried to visualise, would be much better if they also posted a picture of the sample pot you are ordering. In future I will just go to my local chemist and try the testers. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

Ordered sample pot of IL Makiage foundation cost £7.10 inc postage came 9 days later in tiny clear pot not enough for even 1 face coverage. Don’t understand some of the reviews that are terrible but given 5 stars 🤔

This website is a great find which has helped me immensely and saved me an absolute fortune.

I truly wish I could give 5 stars. There was a mix-up with shipping. My order was supposed to be sent via Royal Mail to the U.S., but after about three weeks, I still hadn’t received it. Royal Mail claimed they never received a package and that the tracking number provided was invalid. I reached out to Debbie, and she assured me the package had been sent. After waiting a bit longer with no updates, I went ahead and requested a chargeback through my financial institution.

About a month later, I received a notice from Royal Mail admitting their mistake, and a few days after that, my package arrived. It was beautifully wrapped in pink packaging, with no spills or damage, and all items were included as ordered. I felt terrible and immediately contacted Debbie to pay her the full amount. She was patient and understanding throughout the entire process.

While responses can sometimes take 3 to 5 days due to her order volume, she did reply every time I reached out. This vendor is not a scam. I’m fully satisfied with my sample order and appreciate how everything was handled in the end.

I ordered a few samples, and the delivery was super quick and I had to message the seller and was replied to so quickly.
I was able to ask questions and seemed more of a friend then a business. I would definitely be returning as a customer and recommending!

Ordered a foundation sample and a perfume. Unfortunately my order got lost in the post due to Royal Mail but I messaged the contact and it was immediately sorted and re-sent and arrived in good time. I realised in communication it was just one lady running the business who really cared if a customer wasn’t happy, so for that I felt the need to write a review as supporting small businesses (especially women ran!) is important, and worth noting it’s not some consumer heavy marketing company out to just make money. This lady was fab with communication, sorted my order immediately and even refunded some money for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. Would definitely use again and I hope future customers know that she is a one-woman band just trying to help the ladies, like me, out there try and find something new at a reasonable cost and with care for what she does and the people she sells to ❤️

I placed an order for 3 samples. The order took royal mail longer than stated to arrive but that is a royal mail issue and not the companies issue so I wont be holding them accountable for royal mails shortcomings. The samples arrived in a cute little resealable package and had clearly marked what each one was. I tried two different brands and two of my samples were a great match for my tan which is a win for me and the other was just me trying out a lighter shade perfect for day. Great way to sample shades and textures especially if you aren't sure what your undertone is as I was trying a brand that does neutral, cool and warm tones. Better to spend on samples than buy a full foundation and make an expensive mistake. I see more sample experimenting on my future.
Also we established the comment box was faulty on the website which I suspect is where this no response from seller negative feedback comes from on the 1 star reviews and that has been rectified. Better to use the email address provided in any case as seller is actually very responsive and was very apologetic that the contact box on the page was failing.

I bought from this company a few times as I like to try new products and have always been very pleased with my purchases. They are always good quality and I receive them very quickly which is good. The customer service is top notch they always answer all my questions.

I have ordered a sample over a week ago, still haven’t received, no response to my email either! Absolutely avoid!! How can I get a refund ?!

Wouldn't use again!! Thought the service was a great idea, ordered myself a branded 5ml travel tube to sample. What arrived was a little transparent pot with the brand and colour written on with permanent marker. Hoping it is what it says as no reassurance otherwise. Wish I'd been more careful and seen the other review that mentioned this. Feels like a rip off!!

I ordered 2 makeup samples and 2 perfume samples. Received the order quickly and loved the packaging!

I love getting to try new brands without committing to full sizes. Shipping is very fast and nice packaging. will be repurchasing!
