Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company! I organized a special embroidered bear from my Mum to my sister. This company got the certificate for the bear with wrong names and did not bother to confirm in advance. They refused to redo another and wanted me to pay more money which I refused because it was their error. They ruined this special gift, no apology, no accountability. I ordered another from a wonderful company ‘Celebration Giftware’, fantastic quality, great customer service and less expensive. I would never recommend My Birthday Teddy who are located in North Sydney and also distribute to Myers.
