This app needs to revamp and revaluate their tradesmen. A trade man by V&D painting and decoration came my house made a big mess of it which has cost me to change my whole carpet. I am highly disappointed in him.

DO NOT USE MYBUILDER
Ridiculous.
Overdue payment, no option to “pay now” for us. Countless emails sent, no response. No one to speak to, relying on an email response - I assume there are no staff as there hasn’t been a reply for months.
Our matter is now with a collection agency - which collection agency? We haven’t received any emails or communication to get this matter resolved. We’ve tried to update our address, it won’t let us.
No customer service for a tradesperson to actually speak with, lack of communication.
DO NOT USE MYBUILDER if you are a tradesperson, the lack of communication to emails is a joke.

Have used AMB a couple of times for job quotes could have been ripped off big time with one job. As I always invite a good few to quote me I dodged a bullet there. So I would recommend this service keeps you aware and I always get the good job at a good price.

Easy to post.
It was easy enough to post a job, but the replies came from two sources simultaneously. Email and the my builder site which was confusing. Then if I started a phone consultation that was added to the other two. Nevertheless it worked out well in the end.

I am receiving suspicious messages from…
I am receiving suspicious messages from users on your platform that appear to be spam or phishing attempts.
Some messages include links and mention charges, which is concerning. I have also seen a charge of around £50 that I do not understand or recognise.
All the evidence is in the leads section, and I have already sent screenshots regarding this. However, I have not yet received any response. I would appreciate a prompt reply, as I am concerned about the situation.
