No phone support, no report!!
Purchased a report and paid £10.00, never got the report, they have no phone number to ask about the issues. You fill in a form that ask for the check ID? Well I didn’t get the report so how can I give a check ID. I’ve chased twice now and still no reply. Awful service, avoid.

Quality product
I have been using this site for years either when buying secondhand cars, or just to be nosy about cars I see on TV or out and about. Accurate data, quick and easy to use, value-for-money bundles if you need them. I can see that there have been some reviews left here that are clearly about similarly-named competitors - I can assure you that these guys don't have hidden fees or any underhand scams going on! Start with the free check for basic data, and then if you're serious about a car, upgrade to the paid version to make sure it's not a banger!

Scammers beware, they will take 39.90 out of your account, do not uses this site, you cannot find away to delete your account.
As you can see from their reply, they are full of shit, I rang the company last night and they told me in the small print, as soon as you sigh up to the £5 car check fee you automatically get signed up to the monthly subscription of £39.90,

Beware - Monthly subscription…
I did not see the monthly subscription in the small print!! There was no sign of a monthly subscription and then they started to try to take £40 from my account. I thought the £6 I paid was all I had to regarding the car check. Really disappointed with this company and hope this prevents others from making the same mistake by using them.
