MyCheekyDate in Boston has served me well. Theyve been good at sending me notices and making me feel encouraged to come back and I've liked the kind of women these events attract.

Founded in 2007, MyCheekyDate hosts sophisticated, host-led speed dating events in 50+ cities worldwide. Recognized as an Eventbrite Top Organizer, our events use a proprietary, algorithmic, smartphone-based Smart-Card matching system. Every guest is supported by The Cheeky Guarantee for cancellations, reschedules, and flexible guest schedule changes. MyCheekyDate has hosted more than 26,000 events across 50+ cities over the past decade and has been featured in outlets including The New York Times and The New Yorker. Our Smart-Card allows guests to privately select who they would like to see again, receive mutual-interest results, and participate in a broader matching ecosystem. Using machine-learning supported interest signals, the Smart-Card helps identify real-world attraction patterns from live events that may inform future speed dating events, invite-only experiences, members-only gatherings, and Curated Introductions. The Cheeky Guarantee keeps guest options clear: if MyCheekyDate cancels or reschedules an event, guests may request a refund. If a guest’s own plans change, their ticket remains valid as flexible credit for any future MyCheekyDate event, at any time, with any amount of notice.

Very friendly staff who provide a great dating experience.

This company has kind and friendly staff that are accommodating and respond in a timely manner. The events had a wide range of people with different personalities, traits and characteristics. The event I went to had a large selection of people. There was ample amount of time to get to know the other person. The environment is easy going I had a lot of fun meeting new people. I would definitely go again!

They did a great job. Fun, easy to navigate and they did their best to manage last-minute changes that are out of their control. I would go again and think everyone should try it!

The event was well organized, the host kept the pace moving, and the location was fun and trendy. Love the groups age range options as well. No one was too old or too young.

I went to their speed dating event in WPG and my experience was really good! It was rescheduled once but when I went, I had a nice experience. I heard that it's different every time but we got to talk to a good group of guys and there are a couple that I'm interested in and I got positive feedback myself. And I'm just surprised that why I didn't attend it sooner. I think I am going to get rid of my dating apps.

Horrible experience and very poorly conducted. When we showed up there were 15 men and 10 women, 5 women cancelled. Just a money grab racket. There is no quality check for women, some are incredibly mean, and rightfully so, they apparently have more options simply due to the economics.

After a string of canceled events, I was able to make it to two confirmed events recently at the same location, and had a nice time at both. There was a bit of a miscommunication the first time where I didn’t realize the event had started, so I missed out on meeting a few of the guys, but it was more clear the second time when the event began. The events seem to attract a diverse, kind group of people from all backgrounds. I found myself able to talk easily with almost everyone both times. The company is responsive via email and sends several reminders pre-event, which is helpful. I like that the size of the events aren’t huge, so you aren’t totally burnt out at the end of the night.

I really had a good time and met some really interesting people. I was a little leery of speed dating at first, but my anxiety went away almost immediately. Try it!

I was nervous at first, first time speed dating! I had a blast! Our host Sam was great, the venue was great and thanks to the team for putting this event together. Definitely would attend again 😊

Forget apps. Nothing beats meeting people in person. Especially, when you know the perspective partners you've gone out to meet are there to find a partner themselves. These events are structured. The hosts are always friendly (I've been to several of these over the years). The digital score cards are a very helpful addition. If a dater uploads a photo, you can actually see it at the end of the event to remember who you spoke with. That's A plus. Worst case, you don't match with anyone but still a fun night out. Best case, you do, (and still have a fun night out too).

I've used this service between SF and Denver, having moved recently to the latter. The server has been consistently good, connecting folks with an intention to each other in pleasant environment, with great hosts.

It was fun. I have a gregarious personality and I enjoyed briefly getting to know the men. The guys do seem more committed in searching for companionship more than the dating websites. I would do this again.

I’ve attended two events with MyCheekyDate, and I have to say this company is incredibly professional and well-organized. I was even invited to take part in their free matchmaking process, which was an exciting opportunity.
These events have been like a form of therapy for me, helping me get out of the house and push past my comfort zone. They’ve been great for working on being more extroverted and open to new experiences.
The turnouts at each event have been impressive, and the venues are always thoughtfully chosen. My favorite location so far is Mesa Restaurant in Costa Mesa—it’s a fantastic spot for these events.
At my last event, I didn’t get too many matches, but I’ve realized it’s all about confidence and persistence. I’m looking forward to attending more events, meeting amazing people, and continuing to grow personally while meeting beautiful ladies along the way.
Thank you, MyCheekyDate, for creating such a positive and enjoyable experience!

I attended an event in Oakland, CA it was a great experience. The host Sarah was very welcoming and ran the event smoothly. All the women I spoke with were very nice. The event was in a hotel and I basically walked in and the receptionist pointed me to the host Sarah where she checked me in. When the event started the women sat at different seats and the men rotated after around 5 mins of talking. After the event you then submit a scorecard online of who you liked/didnt like. My only issue I have is that the event was postponed twice. I ended up matching with one girl which was the only girl I liked. So well see how that goes.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience, the events were ghost towns and constantly cancelled, the match making package that I paid for is awful. You'll get a couple of emails in the beginning and then get completely ghosted. I haven't heard a single thing in 2 years and have only had a single profile suggested to me after needing to prod them. Save your money, you'll have an easier time and cheaper time procuring your own dates via dating apps.

Good experience, a suggestion would be to have some games planned than just talking etc.

I've been speed dating with MyCheekyDate for a year and a half, and it's been a mixed bag. Some events have excellent turnout, offering ample opportunities to meet people. However, other events have been disappointing with low or even zero female attendance.
Fortunately, MyCheekyDate provides credit towards future events in cases of low turnout, as they do not offer refunds. This is a fair policy.
The hosts are generally fantastic. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to give daters a one-minute warning before the end of each round, allowing for a smoother transition between conversations.

They offer no refunds even if they cancel the event. Total rip off! I would not recommend this service at all

My most recent experience with MCD was at The Night Owl Prismajic. The atmosphere was perfect for the night, the amount of attendees kept me engaged, and the drinks at the venue were great. My only critique is that the host didnt not formally start the event, and did not give direction in the beginning to the flow of movement throughout the night.

This was my first speed dating event. It was very fun and I will definitely be doing it again! I would say even if you are shy or introverted give it a try. You may find you like it better than the apps. May, the host, on 1/4 at Tabu did an absolutely phenomenal job hosting. She kept everything moving/on time. Great personality and very warm/welcoming to the participants. Just wanted to give her a shoutout for a job well done.
