They told me that they did not have the item I purchased in stock but that they would not give me a refund. So, I am out hundreds and have nothing. They also do not reply to emails. Seriously, do not buy.
I ordered a dress specifically for Chinese New Year and it not only arrived more than a month later, even though the company guaranteed 2-4 day delivery, the sizing was off and it is a cheap replica of jacquard, not resembling the picture at all, and it has plastic buttons! It cost 200 USD! I’d expect quality for such a pricey item! After I complained several times to the company and requested a full refund, the company stopped answering me and has not compensated a penny to this day! The company is a fraud! They use cheap material and have poor customer service! They further cancelled my order number completely so I can’t even log in with my order number!
I would give 0 stars if I could. The website provided measurements but when the product arrived, it was 2 inches smaller. They admitted their mistake but still refused to provide a refund. After which, they just stopped replying altogether. I would advise people not to buy anything from such shady website.
