Muy mala experiencia.

Solicité un álbum de fotos personalizado y el resultado ha sido decepcionante. Las fotos están cortadas por el lomo del libro, lo que hace que falten partes importantes de las imágenes. Al contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente, me informó que la culpa era mía por haber utilizado fotos grandes y colocados títulos en el centro de ambas páginas. Sin embargo, en álbumes de otras marcas como Cheerz o Hoffman, esto no representa ningún problema.

Aun que en ningún momento del proceso de compra se especifica que esto podría ocurrir, no reconocen ninguna parte de culpa y se desentienden totalmente del problema.

Una calidad inaceptable para un álbum de 60 euros.
