A Terrible Customer Service Experience
Don't assume items are 'In Stock' if they are on the website. 18 days from placing order to receiving the goods. I was told when I called a week after placing my order that they 'were waiting for the product to come in from the supplier' ... would it not be better that you inform your customers about delays instead of waiting for them to be disappointed in your service. If you cannot supply the goods in a timely manner inform the customer so they are aware ... one quick phone call solves the issue! I had to buy the product elsewhere after 10 days of waiting as they were required ...
