While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. No Integrity, No Honesty, No Values

I funded the Indiegogo Campaign and bought the 3-pack. But I have had NO communication and have to chase.

I only find out today through sites like this that Mycroft now have no intention of fulfilling any of the orders placed via the Indiegogo campaign, but only orders from the site, because they will lose money on the campaign orders. No Integrity, No Honesty, No Values.

Yet they have raised over US$5 Million. Moved into THREE offices and spent a lot of money on staff they did not need, but obviously wanted due to the ego of the people in charge.

This is just people without Business Acumen scamming people in a new type of Ponzi scheme.

I cannot get my money back from Indiegogo and forced to ask Mycroft, but they see it as funding their 'start-up' but actually I have "Paid for" 3 products, which in the UK, if you refuse to provide those products, is breaking the Sales of Goods Act.

This company should be forced to close on sheer principle. People that genuinely don't give a feck about people that help raise them up should not be allowed to run companies or ask for money.

Mycroft does not work, no support

The device delivered does NONE of the basic commands. This company does NOT respond to issues and claims.

I have written everyone. Sent emails to every contact this company has…posted on their own chat/community. No response.

Filed complaint with the BBB in MO, filed a complaint with the MO Secretary of State communed division.

There is no actual product…and no support of any kind. They are selling based on thin air. They know their produce doesn’t do anything they claim…they done care. They got my money, so I can pound sand,

Hi Kat, we're sorry you had trouble with your Mark II and that our response times were slower over the Christmas break. We're happy to provide a complete refund once the device has been returned.

LACKING INTEGRITY, ETHICS AND HONESTY

Honest is the first chapter in the book of wisdom-Thomas Jefferson. If a CEO does not conduct their personal business with integrity and ethical behavior, will his company be any different? Is spending the money you gain to bribe others for your personal satisfaction the end game?
Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, or moral uprightness. It is colloquially a personal choice to hold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions.
A worthless person, a wicked man, goes about with crooked speech, winks with his eyes, signals with his feet, points with his finger, with perverted heart devises evil, continually sowing discord; therefore calamity will come upon him suddenly; in a moment he will be broken beyond healing.
