Needed Grass Shears narrowed it down to 3 possibles found the Makita ones at MyDIY and at a good price so went ahead the service was exceptional as I received the product within 48hrs and was exactly what I wanted. A good company to deal with.

I needed Alan keys at a certain size…
I needed Alan keys at a certain size 1.5 mm to be exact and they only came on the full set of Alan keys so employee in the hardware shop ordered them individually at a very reasonable price of about 38 cent each which was great as I needed about 10 for a job.. he was very helpful and they were delivered to the shop the very next day so I could collect them.. fast efficient and very helpful is all I can say … I will definitely be back for more product as the range they have is vast 👍👍👍👍

Very useful source of a particular tool which was out of stock or overpriced on other sites. The ability to click and collect was a bonus, saving the higher delivery fee of a long and bulky item. The only minor irritant was being unable to select click and collect online. A quick call and I had ordered over the phone in a jiffy, and it was there next day as promised.

Legit company but hard to find reviews online
Tuns out this company is legit and had a good experience with them in Jan 2024. I was a bit skeptical at first whether website was legit as they had good discounts and there was only the one review here and no Google company page or review page.
After a bit of digging I found the shop on street view at the address provided and found their managing director's profile on linkedin which looked legit. Spotted he'd been posting asking for help with an issue where Google took down the company profile as it was marked a duplicate with another shop (original parent company JG Engineering Supplies Ltd from what I can find).
Anyway I decided to give it a punt and ordered a couple of hand tools at 9pm on a Tues night. Got an email straight away confirming order and another the next morning to say they'd been dispatched along with GLS tracking number.
Arrived today Thursday, well packaged and all legit products (for a decent price).
Will definitely recommend to friends and workmates.

What a fantastic company to deal with. Phone queries are answered with great knowledge and call backs always happen when they are checking something for you. As a girl, I sometimes find when dealing with DIY companies, you get treated as if you should not be asking or they cannot be bothered but not with this company, so pleasant which is a relief to be treated as a girl who actually does a lot of DIY. Even when there was an issue with one item within my order, I contacted them and they sorted it out immediately. Definitely a company I would use again.
