I hadn't done a newsletter in years, so I was rusty on the details. The support person walked me through it quickly and kindly on the phone...I didn't get the feeling at all that she minded telling me some of the most basic steps.

We were helped by an amazing customer service representative named Jen who helped us sort through a problem caused by a legacy user name and password problem (our account had been frozen). Jen was amazingly patient and stayed on the line with us until everything was resolved and our account was restored.
Mystery tech issue solved!
I had a mystery tech I wasn't able to figure out on my own, and when I spoke with Adrian in customer service, he quickly diagnosed the problem, helped me fix it, and showed me how to avoid the same issue in the future. He did it in a way that was constructive, and within minutes I was able to continue progress with my project, and now am armed with knowledge of how to avoid the same issue in the future.
