I chose this agency as a means of teaching English in Italy and been hit by much rudeness from the first offer. I was offered an interview to speak about a potential teaching role in Rome. On top of the fact that I had to insist on getting my zoom link from the agent, she left me hanging on the interview date for 10 mins. She got back at me saying that it was an emergency and could not make it to the interview. This was done right after I left the call. Suddenly the emergency was not as important and could write me a message? The approach should've been handled differently by the Director of Studies. On top of that, when I let the recruitment department know, they said they're sure her action was not intentional. Thus on top of the fact that I was disrespected and wasted my time, I'm the one who was at fault according to them. I am now looking for a more respectful reliable agency. So be careful with them.

My experience is very positive. The English school offers its students a friendly approach with many collective activities. He wants to create a typically English environment.
