Ordered some boots and said it shipped…

Ordered some boots and said it shipped within days, never shipped, only label was created. Here we are 3 weeks later, they don’t want to give me my refund so I’ve filed a dispute with my bank for my money back. Sham!

If i could give this website 0 stars I would. I ordered a phone case and after a month I still recieved nothing. not even a notice that it wasnt coming. then i looked up the tracking number and it said there was no status for it.

Where tf is my order!

Where tf is my order!! It's been almost a month if not already a month, going on 2.. I'm beyond pissed, got a text saying it was being shipped and everything, still have not gotten my order, I can't find a number to call or anything.. This is the worst!!😤🤬

In fairness of the reviews I read

In fairness of the reviews I read , they are scam, at first I thought they were but I would say they are not, same thing it took like a month for my order to arrived, thinking of my money was gone, but just to let you know I received my order but late, I am giving them 3 star because of the order , but you regain my trust. Continue to improved and suggest that you reply immediately to your customer so they will know that they are being taking cared of, Thank you

Scam artist

Product ordered and shipping paid. Took forever to get tracking info. Package shipped after a month. Then after contacting USPS the package could not be delivered because postage was due. USPS advised they were sending package back to company due to postage due. Contacted company and ask for money back. Advised the item was shipped so I was apparently out of luck. Myfab is a scam company, beware they are an awful company. Scam artist.

SCAM FOR SURE

Scam for sure they’ve been giving me the run around for three or four weeks now they are def. taking advantages of people in the middle of these hard times. Scum bags!!!!!

Scammers!!.This is the worst company I…

Scammers!!.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed my order over a month ago. A week later I ask for a tracking number because they use ARRIVE as a tracking system. They make a fake tracking number and after another week of waiting I email them and tell them I need a real tracking number. They send me a tracking with USPS. But they never send my order as it shows USPS is waiting to receive package. I emailed them and asked for a refund and I get no response. I enailed then another week after and told them I will report them. Thanks MYFAB! NEVER AGAIN!!

Not trustworthy

Waiting for an order for more than one year.
Sent several requests into the CRM, after one year the first (and only "sorry") response.
Still waiting for a useful response; or at least money back. But nothing happens.
They are lying when the tell about 100% customer satisfaction or 48 hours response.

No delivery, kept our money. No answer on mail or phone

After waiting 4 months for our delivery (with a promised delivery of 3 weeks and the money already withdrawn from our account) i tried to call and write Myfab several times. The myfab customer service answering machine tells you to call in the opening hours, even if you are already calling in the opening hours! There is also no response on the order and support mail. It is not possible to cancel an order without contacting customer support.
