Had several face socks made with the faces of my nieces and nephew for their parents to open on Xmas Eve. Such a hit! So funny and great quality!

Ive worked in a vet practice for 15 years and actually think you guys should reach out to vet clinic with your products too. A lot of small animal clients would be attracted to your wonderful range.

Good product, good process for design and ordering, timely delivery. Was anticipating delays and problems but these did not arise.

I found the whole experience frustrating, mentally draining & gut wrenching.
Firstly - it says MADE IN AUSTRALIA
They’re not- they are made in CHINA!
I only found this out because of the shipping details telling me it was currently in transit from CHINA.
I contacted someone via the chat who told me due to covid they're making them in China now. I ordered from this website because it says Australian Made.
I then received the socks, and they were TERRIBLE!!!
I am a size 6.5-7 women’s.
I ordered men's size socks
& Apparently my foot is too big for them! –“2 inches” too big to be exact.
which is why they have "stretched" after just trying them on!!!
Back and forth with a “robot” employee named Azahel.
Who did not listen to anything I said. They just kept sending me screenshots & links trying to prove me wrong. However, the information they provided was all incorrect.
They sent me a completely different link to “what I ordered”
I provided sufficient evidence each and every time.
They were even proven wrong against a previous conversation I had with of their customer service chat people.
I was offered ONLY a 20% refund.
20% LAUGHABLE!!! So disrespectful to offer after all the trouble and time and money spent on SOCKS!!!
I spent over $100 & now must go and source them elsewhere, re purchased and wait in hopes they will be here before my deadline.

Ordered 2 photo blankets for my parents as gifts. Opened the packet to have white fluff go everywhere from them. After speaking to customer service they have told me "its no big deal" and "after a few washes, it will not shed". They were also shipped from China, so probably makes sense that the quality isnt as good as I was expecting

My order shipped over a month ago and I still haven't received it. I have been getting unsatisfactory responses from the company and from the shipping company. Nobody is able to advise where my order is. Very bad service. Will not order from them again. The order was a birthday gift which has come and gone.

I should have read the reviews before ordering! As per all other reviews, this website is a total scam. I paid an additional $30 for express delivery (3-5 days) as I wanted to give them as a birthday present. Sure enough, two weeks later, nothing arrived. I’m working from home, in lockdown and I’ve done plenty of online shopping - first time ever that they supposedly delivered it but it must have ‘stolen’. In order to get another pair I have to pay for shipping. It is clearly a scam. Any decent company would just send out another pair. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Product finally delivered 2 months and multiple emails. I will not by again. It was advertised a 3 day delivery

Ordered a shirt for a birthday, standard delivery is £ 5 which takes 10-15 Days! If you want express delivery, which take 3-5 days, on top of the produce time:2-5 business days, it will cost you £ 16! So what started out as a shirt for £ 15 (if you only buy Small), becomes £ 28 if you select XL then £ 43 if you choose express delivery. Plus the print you get is sub standard and poor quality. Avoid

The socks arrived really quickly and look fantastic, can't wait to give them as a gift.

Ordered two pairs of socks, I notified Myfacesocks immediately as I saw they have partnered with Aramex/Fast Way couriers and I knew my deliver would be lost. Myfacesocks told me no to a refund and now Aramex isnt answering their calls. Tracking my order Aramex say they have delivered the sock but I have been home all day due to lock down. Now I don't have the delivery and zero ownership from Myfacesock. Please do not order from this company they will not reply nor refund you their money please becareful do not deal with this company.

So extremely happy with the undies I got my partner they turned out amazing and right before Father's Day! Perfect gift and perfect for sizing. Defiantly recommend this site
