Material was super soft and comfortable and shirts were all true to size.
Really happy with the way they turned out
And how easy the ordering process was. You can also track your order from start to finish which I thought was so cool.

Poor Customer Service - Wrong Item!

I recieved the wrong sized custom blow up doll and it had a hole in it!

When I contacted customer service they proceeded to tell me they can not express post the new one as it is not their problem.

Complication resolved

We had a complication with our logo when our shirts were printed. The team were more than respectful and extremely helpful in reprinting our shirts. The team were fast in responding, everything was clearly explained and preview of all our shirts. Will be using this company in the future for all our t-shirt designs.

Amazing - highly recommend

The shirts are such good quality for the price and the photo print is spot on. We have ordered 37 of these shirts so far and only one of the parcels has been delayed (postal issue not the company). I emailed customer service and they responded within the day and the parcel arrived a few days later. These shirts are perfect for any birthday celebration and we can't wait to wear them on our upcoming cruise!!!

Prompt and efficient customer seervice

Customer service replied very promptly to answer my questions prior to ordering and also when I had a printing error on my product they quickly arranged a replacement at no cost to me. If all customer service departments were this efficient we would all be more confident with online shopping. Thank you Sara and Elsie for great customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY COMPELTE SCAM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Sold me a product for Father’s Day, then told me a week later the product is out of stock then send me a link to a completely different product that looked AWFUL then I was told even if I chose the awful product there was no way I would have it by Father’s Day. Tried to reach out online only to be met with complete stupidity with a statement of “we don’t ship after purchase” and didn’t understand why I was saying that made no sense. Asked to speak to someone else was told I’d have to come back in 3 hours THEN they ended the conversation.

I am beyond disgusted. I am now going to try and get my order made by a local embroidery company. I guess moral of the story is - support local business not companies who do not supply the product they advertised! Also, do not believe the reviews on their website- there is literally NO WHERE on that site you can put your reviews.

Awful experience. 0/10 would never ever recommend.

Pictures are very blurry

Says delivered days ago but never arrived.

Edited to add an extra star as a replacement was sent out but took a long time.

Overall the picture is pretty blurry but gave my husband a good giggle.

Product was tacky, damaged, very low quality.

Product was tacky and damaged. I paid over $30 and was very poor quality.

Company provided a full refund including shipping fees hence why I upgraded my review to an additional star (two stars)

Downgraded to one star as they offered me a 10% off voucher to delete my review. How disgusting is that.
