After ordering face cups from the…

After ordering face cups from the website, I was left with no tracking number and no order confirmation. However, the money was withdrawn from my bank account.

Two weeks later I still haven't received neither product nor order confirmation.

As I reached out to costumer service in the hopes of cancelling my order and request a refund, I got the reply "Thanks for reaching out to the Niki Face Yoga and My Face Yoga Shop world. Our small team is currently out of office, but we’ve received your message and will get back to you within 48 hours."

I find it all to be very frustrating and am left with a very bad experience!
