Terrible accountants
Terrible accountants, they mucked up the whole thing. And now HMRC are potentially chasing me for thousands. Don't trust these guys especially Toni they'll leave you shafted at the back-end. You can easily find better accountants for cheaper.

I am very sorry to hear that you have issue with the service you have received from MyFD. I have looked into your file and can see that we were engaged as your accountants from December 2017 to September 2018. This was with regards primarily to your limited company which we dissolved as you no longer required it. I can also see that as part of our service we completed and filed your self-assessment tax return for the tax year 2017/18 in September 2018. Since that date we have annually, following each end of the tax year, emailed you offering our services with regards to helping complete any self-assessment tax return you may have to complete for subsequent tax years. This service being sperate to the engagement we had previously had with regards to your limited company. I can see that you have not taken up our services with regards to self-assessment tax returns since the tax year 2017/18. From the file I am not able to ascertain what issue you are referring to in your review about our service.
