Before I signed up with them, I had several other that supposedly offered assistance in helping you in your financial situation by enrolling in debt management/consolidation program but instead want to put you in more financial ruins. AFS' method is straight forward. They tell you exactly what's going happen and the minimal fees they'll charge as opposed to other companies that charge you a huge percentage of the debt you are trying to pay off.
So far, I have been pleased with their service. I won't know 100% until all the accts i enrolled in the program are cleared and the creditors are satisfied.

Nothing but praise for this team that worked month over month with me in the repayment of my debt.

Good communication and support, and clearly defining my debt and payment situation, the only thing that might be better would be for you to keep some tabs or review of how my banks are doing keeping up to their agreements visa vi no interest and penalties and all of that stuff, in my case only really the two banks Chase and Bank of America

I loved how I could just count on these bills being paid and getting a receipt for it through my email and I could take it off my mind. I was really surprised how quickly it just happened and the months went by and they’re all paid off! Thank you so much for your help.

Consistent, reliable, great communication. I love it when a company you work with sells itself because its products or services aren’t smoked and mirrors. I get monthly updates, if I check my accounts balances they are all reflective of my monthly updates, if they aren’t then its an easy call away to fix… can’t really build much more value than that. Wonderful.

Personally, I was in a really dark place when one of my credit card companies advised me to get a hold of American financial solutions. From the very first call, I felt extremely comfortable with this company and that they were going to help me solve my issues. They worked with my credit card companies and they gave me a solution that I was able to work with financially. I am extremely happy with the service that I received from AFS, every time I would make a call the agent that I spoke with were very helpful and very friendly. I have just recently retired from 45 years of customer service and I truly believe that all the agents that I have spoke to, when dealing with AFS, we're always friendly and helpful and that was truly a comfort to me. Of the hundreds of companies that have reached out to me in one way or another to help me with my debt, this is one of the few legit ones. They are helpful, supportive, and realistic. They won't rip you off by taking a huge cut for themselves. It's not difficult to reach a real person by phone when I have a question or need a problem solved. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting out of debt and is willing to work hard to do so.
