Never replied to my emails about returning my item and cost me £50!! I am really not happy at all. Scam of a company

Awful quality, items are nothing like the pictures online. Delivery was also very slow with poor communication from the company.

Ordered over 1 month ago. Set came and was paper thin could see through leggings !! Emailed 3 times not to return but no response after 1 month. Shocking service !!!

Constantly ignoring emails. Am still waiting to refund the items but no one responding to tell me how to do it. Quite liked the items but sadly didn’t fit. Has been ages now and I’ve sent probably 4 or more emails. Not happy at all. Fear I will never see my money.

I bought it on September 13th and didn't receive anything, the tracker they sent me twice, one did not exist and the other says it was delivered and it was not. I send many emails and I still haven’t received answers. Today it's been 40 days since I spent £ 100 without receiving anything.
