magnificent bedroom wardrobes from excellent company
We had Gary come out to us to design and quote for wardrobes for 3 bedrooms. We were extremely satisfied with the process and happy with the quote. Once the price agreed, we had a surveyor out to do the exact measurements and sign off. Again, seamless process. On installation week, everything went smoothly and the wardrobes look magnificent. Nicer than I could envisage. Really happy with the entire service and now having living room alcove storage fitted. This is a superb company and happy to support their fantastic work.

Fantastic design concept and stress-free experience
I had a really great experience working with Derric on my wardrobe design. The concept he came up with was brilliant — it was well thought out, made great use of the space, and looked exactly how I’d imagined.
He was super helpful throughout, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered ideas that genuinely improved the final design. He also helped reduce the cost compared to another fitter I was considering, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he went above and beyond to sort out deferred credit with an extended interest-free period, which made things a lot easier.
Really friendly, professional, and easy to deal with — I’d definitely recommend Derric to anyone thinking about getting wardrobes done with My Fitted Bedroom.

This experience with My Fitted Bedroom…left me ghosted and wasted my time
This experience with My Fitted Bedroom was a complete waste of time. I was initially quickly put in contact with a designer called Derrick, he promised to get me a design within 7 days, 14 days later and I chased him, he said he was waiting on specs from the factory; 21 days. Later and I chased again, he didn't respond neither did the rep I had first spoke to Nicola when I complained. I wasted time during the sale period waiting for this company. I should have immediately gone elsewhere!

Over the last few years, we’ve had all our made-to-measure furniture designed and fitted by this company. I can comfortably, say they are a trusted business that does things properly. They really listen to the customer, offer helpful suggestions, and never impose their own ideas or apply any pressure, and truly work with you.
Most recently, we decided to have a study fitted rather than a bedroom.
Our consultation with Garry was excellent. He is a jovial and a professional individual who offered thoughtful designs & suggestions while fully taking on board our own ideas to ensure the room felt balanced and suited our home. Garry attended every appointment on time, communicated clearly, and always got back to us promptly.
We’ve agreed a start date and final design at a fair and reasonable price, and the whole process has been seamless. I highly recommend this company. Good Value & Flexible Design
In 2024, wanted fitted bedroom furniture for a new home and went with My Fitted Bedroom as they could offer a corner wardrobe unit.
The design process worked well. Although some elements are fixed, e.g. drawer sizes, there’s still plenty of scope to customise. I was particularly pleased they were able to design a double bed unit with built in drawers, bedside tables and cupboards.
The quote and design documents were clear and the quote seemed reasonable for the work involved.
Installation was efficiently done over two days. However there were a couple of issues that stop this being a 5* experience. Firstly, I hadn’t anticipated how much cutting etc would be done on-site - the company I used for fitted furniture in my living room delivered everything pre-cut. The fitters used the garage to do most of the work but this left a lot of mess both in the room and in the garage, which, being disabled, I couldn’t clean up myself. I was also left with lots of offcuts etc which I had to pay to have taken away. It would have been nice if this was made clear in advance.
Additionally, an internal mirror was delivered which I didn’t expect. I was told I might as well have it installed as it was covered in my order so I asked for it to be installed in one wardrobe. Instead they fixed it in another, which wouldn't be an issue except it meant them using a different, bulkier type of hinge to allow the door to open wider, which interferes with using the pull-down rail in that wardrobe.
Overall, I was happy with the final finish. Again, small issues such as the sealing doesn’t seem to have been done particularly well - it’s very thin and has now cracked along the ceiling. But this would be easily redone. I went with plain white and was also a little concerned about the quality as it looked like the white coating might easily chip.
However, that’s partly why I held off on reviewing. I’ve now had the furniture over 18 months and have had no issues with it so far. It looks just as good as it did just straight after installation. So I am very pleased with the final result and would recommend them.
