I strongly advise caution when dealing with My Gold. I placed an order for several coins that were advertised as “in stock,” but the experience turned into a complete nightmare. First, I was told the order was ready for pickup; then suddenly two coins were “missing.” After that came weeks of empty promises, no email replies, and phone calls abruptly ended — even by the company’s owner.
Only after I threatened legal action did they finally send part of the order. The remaining coins arrived after almost eight weeks.
In my opinion, this shows a lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers. This is not how a trustworthy gold dealer should operate. I will never buy from My Gold again and can only warn others to think twice.
