I bought two replacement Integral LED downlights for my bathroom. The online purchasing system was easy and I was kept informed of progress by amusing email. I chose shipping by second class mail and the lights arrived on the advised day. I would have no hesitation in using My Green Lighting again.

The customer service team representative Kate Edwards could not have been more professional, polite and helpful with my order for replacement T4 20w fluorescent tubes. People are quick to complain and more reluctant to give praise in recognition for a well delivered customer service. Many thanks Kate and My Green Light. Paul

Poor inflexible customer service. Purchased downlighter which was delivered ok. Owing to delays on my project I wasn't able to try and fit the downlighter until a month after purchase, and found not right for my project. Contacted customer service to request a return authorisation but told that couldn't return as outside 14 day return period and that the downlighter had been ordered in especially - not regular stock. Hmmm...not the way I would choose to provide customer service in my own business in this day and age.

Really impressed,usually when I contact companies receptionists are just that receptionists but this girl woman man robot whatever this person was really knowledgeable and helpful

I bought two replacement light fittings for an old display cabinet. They arrived the next day and fitted perfectly. I will be using this company again.

I placed an order for lots of bulbs, and they were all delivered in perfect condition. The ordering process was easy and hassle-free. My only suggestion is that, considering the company’s name, it would be helpful to include the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) details for each product on the website. Other than that, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely use them again.

The service I have received from this company has been absolutely 1st class.
Order arrived next day in perfect condition and exactly as expected.
Details of order and delivery date were provided clearly.

Really not happy with this customer servicer and how I have been treated.

They sent the incorrect item (wrong light on Kelvin scale) and are now accusing me of swapping the lights out.

They have email and said, and I quote, "Leaving a negative review for a business does not garner good will. I hope you learn from that".

The light in questions costs £20.

I sent it back to them and advised they can keep it as I no longer want to deal with a company like this.

STEER CLEAR, use a bigger company that will ensure good customer support.

Bought some LED lights a few months back, only just had a chance to fit them recently. Like most projects, there can be delays.

Once installed, I noticed I was sent different lights that have different colours (on the Kelvin scale).

Contacted support to get the incorrect item swapped out. They advised all issues need to reported within 14 days - which is quite unrealistic and seemingly unfair considering the incorrect item was sent.

It's such a shame some companies offer such little help when they're clearly in the wrong.

Two of my Fixing Mounting Bracket Clips for the neon light under one of my kitchen cabinet (some ten years old…) had snapped and, having visited two of my hardware shops for a replacement without success, I feared that I would not find a solution. However, when searching the internet, I found “My Green Lighting” site. Their products description is very accurate and I am so o relieved and delighted that they helped me acquire the right item, at a very competitive price. I would recommend their products to everyone. I've used this company occasionally for a few years. This time I needed advice regarding a possible LED replacement in an old lamp. I sent photos of the fitting and received an email back within a couple of hours, not just confirming the product was correct but also highlighting a possible problem, which I was able to resolve.

My usual lighting supplier couldn’t source these fittings. Found My Green Lighting on line, ordered them, despatched within 40 minutes of ordering and received within 48 hours. Same again with a repeat order.
Excellent speedy service, light fittings good quality and good price.

I ordered a difficult to source (locally) Pygmy bulb.
I ordered the wrong screw fitting size but the company accepted a return without a problem.
I sent a sample bulb, which the company then measured and immediately contacted me by phone, just as soon as my return reached them.
Kate, who contacted me, was lovely, professional, polite and friendly, and could not have been more helpful. She gave me a choice of two bulbs, plus their order codes, which I viewed online as we talked.
I then placed an order for the correct sized bulb straight away.
This service is really outstanding, especially in this day and age, and I can't praise 'My Green Lighting' highly enough. An outstanding service from a highly reliable company.

Helped me to source an uncommon sized fluorescent tubes, which was promptly delivered.
I thought the item and the postage costs were very reasonable, and I am very happy that I found d this company, as many others such as Amazon, B&Q, and EBay had ‘clickbaited’ me in with a promise of stock, only to be disappointed.

Easy to find what I wanted and why I needed them i.e an old Christmas toy house from Past Times which had no bulb in it.
There was reference to old Christmas decorations which made me feel more confident...good service.

I needed to replace an old striplight, and there are various different possible sizes of connectors. I sent mygreenlighting photos of the connectors on the existing lights, and they correctly identified the right one - very helpful.
