good production product

Do not like being pressured to write a review when my purchase is sitting in Australia sixteen days after ordering. Have no idea when or if I will receive my order .How can one write a review for an incomplete transaction.

I received my product in a timely manner. The only problem thus far is, it's the wrong product. Failing to communicate via e-mail makes me consider calling the BBB to investigate why there is a lack of communication.

Ordered April 22. Received email would arrive April 25th. May 4th and it still hasn't arrived. Can't call customer service, only email and they haven't responded yet.

Ordered a month ago, still hasn't shown up and no tracking updates.

I had to write a great review about Hosmart, even though the product I bought was returned because it did not meet our needs. Let me say the service representative was the best I have ever experienced. Every question was answered in 24 hours or less, with always helpful suggestions. We could not be any happier with the company and the service, especially a lady by the name of Nina. I highly recommend dealing with this company.

This device works like a charm. We live on a highway but our driveway is very long. Random cars pull in and out of our driveway all the time to turn around. This little alarm lets us know whenever someone walks or drives in. More than once, we have caught people trying to break into our cars in the middle of the night. It gives us great peace of mind and alerts us before they can get up to our front door, into our vehicles, or into the back yard. Yes, sometimes the birds set it off and that can be annoying. But that small inconvenience is nothing compared to the added security it gives us. We have cameras and a wired security system, but this little device is the first alert that we get and it is invaluable.

Really outstanding customer service. Kept me informed on shipping and delivery was fast. Driveway sensory was well packed and works very well. We're in a metal building and granted the receiver is on a window silk but the sensory is transmitting from several hundred yards away flawlessly.

Doesn't charge up and stay overnight kind of concerned about its ability to do what I wanted to do It's the charging system in the batteries I'm kind of concerned about
