Upon contacting Christian to get the process started I was told if I had all my paperwork in order it would be quick and easy. I sent in all my paperwork and was told I would be contacted after a review of the documents I sent in. I waited 4 days and tried to call to see what’s going on, I was sent to voicemail which I left and I than sent a email I repeated this process every day for 5 days and never received a call back or response via email. I tried to call an speak to someone else but was told that Christian had not updated my account to say anything new. It’s now been 3 weeks and I’ve still not heard anything and it’s not from a lack of trying. At this point I am moving on but it really sucks I’ve wasted all this time when if they couldn’t help me they should have just said that instead of leading me on all this time and now I’m even further from where I need to be. All in all this company really dropped the ball on being helpful in any way!!! Very disappointing since I read so many good reviews which makes me think they are not “actual customer reviews”
