Excellent communication from enquiry to order, to delivery. Quite a long lead time but worth it. A quality product also worth the price in my view with a range of colours and flexible configurations to suit a variety of spaces.
Recommended fitter excellent though not local so on the expensive side.

Fantastic quality furniture (bedroom chest of drawers and bedside tables) Santa Lucia. Very helpful pre-sales and smooth delivery service. Only downside is a long lead time, but worth the wait for the quality of product. Would not hesitate to recommend My italian Living to anyone wanting quality contemporary furniture.

A very long and messy process for delivery of a TV unit ordered in May and finally sorted by Oct! Sadly what should have been a very simple order turned into a nightmare. Everything went wrong from the colour I wanted suddenly not being in stock to the delivery date changing and a huge amount of time wasted on phone calls and unprofessional what app msgs. Then once finally having my product the instructions which apparently were meant to be stuck on the outside of the boxes were not there..... Then after all of this I got a square which was the wrong colour sent to me so I had to wait until a correct piece was sent! Even arranging this was joke! After stating what days I would be home even this proved difficult to arrange! The company (retailer) then blamed the whole thing on the manufacturing side ..... They told me it would cost £100 to deliver a different day etc all details me as the long suffering customer didn't need to know. I am shocked I have not received any compensation for all the hassle! Having purchased from a huge amount of furniture companies over this year and had no problem with any other order it is safe to say I wouldn't purchase from here again too much stress and hassle!

After spending several hours online searching for the perfect furniture for my new apartment I was lucky to come across My Italian Living. Overall experience from start to end was excellent. They came to my place and took the measure of the living room. I bought a Tv unit from Dall'Agnese and a coffee table from Cattelan. The price was very competitive. Smooth process for delivery and fitting. Brilliant!!

The whole experience fro start to finish has been most pleasurable, the communication from Andrea and other members @ MIL have been
fantastic, any problems that were encountered were soon quickly rectified, the product quality is second to none, and the delivery and the furniture Technicians, spot on. We look forward in acquiring more products from MIL in the very near future. Highly recommended.

I wanted a variation on the standard product, and staff were patient and so helpful - they contacted the supplier and kept me informed. Communication was very friendly. I got what I wanted and am delighted with both the product and the service received.

Delivery was an issue, our furniture took a long an unusual route to our home. This was resolved in the end and the product arrived in good condition and is lovely

After a shaky start, with a few issues My Italian Living did resolve the issues. They arranged for a very good team to come and install, and their customer service was good at making this happen. the item is very good quality and looks lovely in my living room. My one comment is that the Library which is also advertised as a media unit has no wiring holes. Luckily the team provided were able to make these in a very neat way so that it stayed looking as sleek as advertised.

We ordered a dining table from My Italian Living and, without being able to see the finished product, were reliant on the sales team for guidance on finishes etc. Dovile was extremely helpful and sent through samples very quickly and answered our many questions patiently! Once ordered, we were kept informed of delivery times etc by Jelani who was also very helpful. The table arrived and was quickly assembled by the delivery team. We are so pleased with it, it looks fantastic and is of very good quality. We would highly recommend My Italian Living and will definitely use them again for large item furniture purchases.

The item bought was a coffee table and was as described on the website and was delivered very quickly considering it was sent from Italy. In my communications with the company's personnel I was always treated with friendliness and courtesy and any problems were quickly and efficiently dealt with.
I would recommend this company to all.
