Easy to manage your costs
So far we booked it it and paid in instalments which is amazing. And way ahead of time to allow time to buys our outfits. Very easy to use and manage the booking. I had to contact the team initially to add another person which was very good and easy to do.

Cost of holiday was incorrect due to a system error. This should have been honoured as myself being the customer was not at fault. Having to pay an extra £300+ doesn’t seem like I got a good deal in the end. The lady on the phone was pleasant but I still think it’s your fault not mine so shouldn’t have had to pay the extra.

So far excellent experience with My Kind of Cruise. Consultant Ryan has been extremely patient with my lack of decision making! Love the portal for comparing available cruises at the time you want to travel and the automatic quote works well despite it being a little big brother!! Prices are excellent and very competitive. Hopefully everything will be plain sailing (excuse the pun!) from here on in and if not I’m hoping for the same level of service experienced so far 🤞

False Advertising
False, illegal advertising. State you can book with a £1 deposit, i selected the option thay said this could be done, got to payment and they wanted almost £200 deposit. Tried on several cruises advertised as £1 deposit and all came up with a large deposit required.

Recently had a great Caribbean cruise…
Recently had a great Caribbean cruise holiday which we booked via my kind of cruise. Ryan was really helpful and I know we paid less than other couples who booked direct with P&O. Two siblings and their partners also on same cruise. My kind of cruise is now my go to, for searching for my next holiday. I’ve already got three future cruises booked through them.
