Great booking experience
Ryan was really helpful and so quick with my quotes. I pretty much knew what I wanted to book but just needed a few cruises to choose from and managed to do this all within 2 days of me actually looking to booking. We got a cheaper price than anywhere else I looked and after paying the deposit, went onto the virgin app and all of our booking details were there. Great service!

Really easy booking process, flexible payment options. being able to select the same cabin as we sailed before made the process so much easier.

Best customer service ive ever recieved
Tom is absolutely amazing with dealing with booking from start to finish. Wouldnt book a cruise anywhere else now. The service he provides is fantastic. Very very helpful, nothing is too much hassle and he finds the best deals and exactly what you look for. Can't thank him or praise his customer service enough.

This is not our first rodeo

Great service
Charlotte was very helpful, this is the second holiday she has booked for us. She carries out all due diligence and explains everything we need to know. Nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte, she takes great pride in her job and she's always quick to respond when we have a question or enquiry. It's lovely to have someone we can trust to book our holidays with.
