Surprisingly Helfpful
Actually better than most humans. The AI helper is effective. On par with service I´ve had from USA and German customer service. Miles ahead of anything I´ve received when routed to India or the Phillipines. I like how i can freely ask what i want without considering human limitations. The information seemed accurate and interesting. It made me feel more confident in my buying decisions.

Order never received
I ordered a Quooker system online which according to the website was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. I waited for 4 weeks and never received the item so I had to cancel the order and look for it in another store. The only reason I rate 2 stars instead of 1 is that the refund happened quite fast.
